2026 State Meet

2026 OGPCA STATE MEET

On behalf of the Oklahoma Girls Powerlifting Coaches Association,

we would like to welcome the state qualifiers and their coaches to the

9th Annual Girls State Powerlifting Meet hosted by Caddo High School.

When: Monday, March 2nd, 2026

Lifting will begin at 9:00 a.m.

Where: Choctaw Event Center

Weigh-in: Early weigh-in Sunday, March 1st from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

SUNDAY'S WEIGH IN IS NOT IN THE EVENT CENTER.

SUNDAY'S WEIGH IN IS IN THE CASINO.
SUNDAY'S WEIGH IN IS IN THE GRAND SUMMIT BALLROOM

Weigh-in on March 2nd from 6:30 am to 8:00 am inside the event center.

NO LATE WEIGH-INS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Cost: $125 per team with 5 or more lifers; $100 per team with 4 and less lifters.

High School and Junior High are two separate teams.

Please bring your payment with you.

Meeting: A coaches meeting will be held at 8:30 am

Junior High Division: We will award the top 5 in each weight class, Small & Large.

Team Trophies will be given to the State Champions and the Runner-Ups,

Small & Large School.

Eligible participants must have qualified at the regional meet.

High School Division: We will award the top 5 in each weight class, Small & Large.

Small & Large School.

Eligible participants must have qualified at the regional meet.

Weight Classes: The classes follow the OGPCA bylaws and are as follows:

High School Division:

105 – 113 – 123 – 132 – 143 – 155 – 168 – 181 – 198 – 220 – HWT

Junior High Division:

97 – 105 – 113 – 123 – 132 – 143 – 155 – 168 – 181 – HWT

There is a 3-pound allowance at the state meet.

Lifters 3.0 over, or less, their Regional weight class are good for competition.

The release form used at Regionals is good for the State Meet.

Coaches will be issued wristbands at the coaches meeting before lifting begins.

Only coaches will be allowed on the floor.

One coach must be a member of the Oklahoma Girls Powerlifting Coaches Association.
