- Small School: Monday, February 23rd lifting to begin at 9:00 a.m.
- Large School: Tuesday, February 24th lifting to begin at 9:00 a.m.
WEIGH-IN:
Remote weigh in for both junior high and high school will be at the following locations on Sunday, February 22nd from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.:

Regional sites will host an early weigh-in on for Large School on
Monday, February 23rd is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Both regional sites will have morning weigh-ins on
the day of the meet from 6:30 to 8:00 am.
Deadline to submit entries is Friday, February 20th by 11:59 pm.
No late entries will be allowed.
COST:
$150 per team with 5 or more lifers; $100 per team with 4 and less lifters.
Junior High and High School are TWO teams.
Please bring your payment with you to the meet.
MEETING:
A coaches meeting will be held at 8:30 am.
DIVISIONS:

Eligible participants for the junior high are 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade.

9th graders can lift with your junior high or high school but not both divisions.

We will award the top 3 in each weight class for Junior High.

We will award the top 5 in each weight class for High School.

We will award Small School and Large School Team Champions.

We will award Small School and Large School Individuals.

105 – 113 – 123 – 132 – 143 – 155 – 168 – 181 – 198 – 220 – HWT
The junior high classes follow the OGPCA bylaws:
97 – 105 – 113 – 123 – 132 – 143 – 155 – 168 – 181 – HWT

The following guidelines will be in effect for the 2026 OGPCA Regional Qualifying Meets:
● Regions will be determined by their physical school address.
○ North of Interstate 40 will be in the North region.
○ South of Interstate 40 will be in the South region.

OSSAA Basketball Classifications will be used;
3A and Higher is Large School, 2A and Lower is Small School.
● The top 5 High School Placers in each weight division, small and large, from every region will automatically qualify for the state meet.
● The next 5 High School Placers in each division, small and large, from all regions combined will receive an at-large bid to compete in the state meet.
● The top 3 Junior High Placers in each weight division, small and large, from every region will automatically qualify for the state meet.
● The next 4 Junior High Placers in each division, small and large, from all regions combined will receive an at-large bid to compete in the state meet.

Lifters who are not on the entry form will not be allowed to participate. Entries are due the Friday before the Regional Meet.
● At least one coach must be a member of the Oklahoma Girls Powerlifting Coaches Association and have read through the online rules for your athletes to compete.

● Each school will be required to judge an event.
● Lifters who are not on the entry form will not be allowed to participate.
● Schools are allowed 4 girls per weight class. If you want your lifters in a different weight class than their bodyweight, please select the class in the drop-down box. If no weight class is selected, lifters will be assigned per their bodyweight. If there are more than 4 in a class, we will move them up one class.
● Lifter numbers will be assigned before lifting is set to begin.
